MODATEX declares that there were no debts to suppliers, with effective or agreed payment deadlines exceeding 90 days on 31 December 2022, in accordance with the provisions of nº5 of article 208 of Law nº 64-B/2011 of 30 December.

For all disputes arising from contractual relations, Modatex will use the Porto Consumer and Arbitration Information Centre.
