MODATEX, through its Organic Units, provides the textile and clothing industry sector with a diversified training offer of reputable quality, and also a wide range of services suited to the real needs of companies and their employees.
With extensive experience in designing integrated training programmes tailored to the specific needs of each company, we build solutions to develop personal and organisational skills inside each company:
I.
Training for the unemployed: Training programme Train to Employ - Train to Employ is a training programme aimed at effective employability as part of the Active Life programme. It is the result of collaboration between MODATEX, the Textile and Clothing Industry Companies and the Job Centres with the aim of adjusting the existing offer (for registered unemployed) and the demand for qualified professionals.
The modular training offer is defined according to the needs expressed by the company. Candidates are invited for an information session and possibly a technical test in the company where the training will take place. Classes are dependent on the result of the selection process.

Protocol Internships (to have trainees in the company): MODATEX establishes protocols with companies who agree to have trainees at the company within the Practical Training in the Work Context (FPCT) initiative. This will be part of their actions to foster professional qualification.
This training component is free of charge for the entity receiving the trainee and is carried out in the company under the supervision of a tutor. The aim is to develop new skills, to consolidate those acquired during the training at MODATEX by carrying out activities which will be essential to their professional practice, and also to facilitate their future professional (re)integration.
