As part of the Quality Management System in force in MODATEX, all suppliers are evaluated according to the following criteria:
- Deadlines
Complies with and respects the delivery deadlines in the purchase orders
- Contractual Conditions
Negotiates favourable contractual conditions, establishing the best price-quality ratio
- Responsiveness
Ability to respond to unforeseen needs for the supply of goods/services
- Compliance with Specifications
The delivery(ies) complied with the goods/services’ specifications
Each defined criterion is assigned a score according to the following scale:
- Poor
- Satisfactory
- Good
- Excellent
